Easy Salted Beet Chips 

This is a really easy snack.  I use my dehydrator I received for my birthday this year.  I will also post how to do this in the oven.  I love making my own snacks and granola bars.  I picked my beets fresh out of the garden today.

Ingredients:

2 Beets

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

Sea Salt and Black Pepper

Makes 4 servings

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

1.  Wash beets, remove roots and stalks.

2. Slice into thin slices

3. Throw in bowl, with olive oil with salt and pepper

4. Place in single layer on your dehydrator or baking sheet.  If using oven, you can use parchment paper for easy clean up.

5.  Dehydrate for an hour or until crisp or Bake for 30 minutes.
