Sprouted Lunch Wrap
This is my new favorite lunch. It’s so easy to throw together in the morning, and put in the fridge, or grab on the go. It’s also refreshing and light on a hot summer day. This is a food babe recipe that I love. The important part of the recipe is sprouts! Here is why.
Here’s what I added and you can put whatever you would like in it. This happens to be a gluten free and vegan recipe.
Brown Rice Tortilla (found in the refrigerated section of the grocery store)
Avocado, sprout, onion, tomato, lettuce, shredded carrot, & pickle
You can make your own variations, for instance, you can add some kind of chicken or beans for protein, or your favorite vege’s. Also, I’m not a huge fan of sauces, but you can use mustard as well.
